Start/End Frame Flashing Between Slides
Hi,
This sounds like a bug that Articulate acknowledged. See this discussion: Screen recording jumping back to start frame before moving onto next slide | Articulate - Community
I think the bug was fixed for me after a few updates. So, the first thing to check is to make sure you're running the latest version of Storyline. If you are already doing that, or if updating to the latest version doesn't fix it, then you may need to contact tech support.
