Start/Resume buttons not showing

A helpful first step would be to test the course on SCORM Cloud. It's an online LMS environment that can be used to determine if an issue lies within a .story file or the LMS itself. If you test your course on SCORM Cloud and you cannot reproduce the behavior then the issue is likely LMS based.
