Storyiline file closes while publishing
Hi There
When i publish a storyline file...it goes until writing player and then closes. Nothing happens after that.
So it would say preparing to create slides and then over to writing player and closes.
Can you please advise why this is happening as I am unable to publish.
Hi Kim,
you probably have to uninstall, rebbot and Install again and everything will run as usual.I've just done the same.
you can find the error logs here
-> open in windows file explorer
%LocalAppData%/Articulate/360/Logs/
-> Storyline_STABLE_yyyymmdd_hhmmss.log
