Storyline 3 Won't Open

When I click to open Storyline 3  the initialization screen appears but I get bell ring on my PC and no error screen or info screen appears. I am using Windows 10 and have not had this problem bef...

Hey Barbara,

Thanks for jumping in and sharing what you are experiencing as well.

This doesn't sound familiar to me so I was curious if you'd be able to share a screenshot of that alert box that you mention acknowledging so that I can better understand what may be happening.
