storyline 360 ​​is not installed

Hello there,

Today I was trying to install Storyline 360 ​​from the APP on my PC, it is paralyzed to a certain point and does not advance. I have left it for a whole morning without interrupting the process and it continues with the same status of "installing".

I would like to know why this program is not installed on my PC.
