Storyline 360 - Alt key press not working
Hello,
I am trying to use the key press trigger "Show layer when user press Alt+S after clicking text entry if text entry is equal to XYZ". Unfortunately, the Alt key isn't working. I tried with different letters and keys, and none work. When I replaced the Alt+S with Ctrl+S and Enter keys, those worked fine. Not sure why the Alt key is not firing in this trigger. Any insight as to why it's not working and how to fix it if there is a way?
I created an example and have attached it here. Any help is much appreciated.

Sorry to hear that Storyline is not recognizing your shortcut key commands!
I see that you've also shared your file privately through a support case, being handled by my teammate Robert. You're in excellent hands troubleshooting with him, and we can continue the conversation through your case.
What worked for me was typing 123456, then clicking anywhere on the slide and pressing Alt+S to go to the next slide. Just clicking on the text entry field or pressing Alt+S while the text entry field is still in focus won't trigger the variable update, because the field hasn't lost focus yet.
