Storyline 360 - Keep getting perpetual updating animation when trying to edit States.
It just stays there, spinning whenever I try to edit anything in States. I even tried a completely different slide and started from scratch, still not working. I also tried exiting the app altogether - nope. Didn't work.

is it only one specific project file or it's happening in other files / new or existing?

I only have one project and it's happening on any slides I try to do this with - new or old.

I appreciate you sharing what you are experiencing when editing states.
I'm curious if the issue happens in any course you are working on or just this particular one?
- If you cannot re-create the issue in a new course, I recommend importing the file into a new one and proceeding.
- If it's happening in any/all files, you should conduct a repair of your software.

I see you opened a support case a couple of days ago (thank you!), and you're working with my teammate Cleo. Since the case is specific to a .story file, were you able to repair Storyline?
If so, are you still having issues when editing states?
