Storyline 360 - PowerPoint import not working

Yes, I have tried the method you suggested but this also didn't work. I have read in one article in the articulate community where they have suggested using the 32-bit version of MS Office or any other Office app, but that also does not seem to be working.

When importing PowerPoint content into Storyline, you'll want to be sure you're using a compatible version of PowerPoint:
- Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 or 2019 (32-bit or 64-bit)
- Microsoft Office 365 (desktop apps only)
- If you're using a Mac, Office apps must be installed in your Windows environment
