Storyline 360 - read-only error
Hi
I am converting a course to HTML5 but when I come to publish it is saying 'Storyline output is read only, being used by another process or you do not have the proper security permission to acce...

Hi Deborah,
I'm sorry to hear this error is coming up for you! As a quick check, can you verify if your file is saved on your local drive? Here are a few tips you can try:
- Save a copy of the file to your desktop and rename the file. Then try to open it.
- After step 1, open a blank project file, then choose File->Import->Storyline to import the slides. Then try to open it.

I am having this issue as well. I tried all the suggestions and I still can't publish.
Anyone have any other suggestions?

check the LAST char of the couse title - there are no multiple dots or spaces allowed anymore
