Review “Read-only”
Hey everyone,
one of my clients is stating the comment section on the review link is “read-only.” I watched him try over zoom and saw what he was talking about. The comments are enabled and he can see the comments, but when he tries to click in the box to make a comment he gets an error about read-only. Anyone encounter this issue? Thanks!

Hello JoelKosanke,
I see that you've opened a support case and that you're working with my colleague Enelluar. You're in excellent hands! I'm glad that they've reached out this morning with some next steps regarding our supported browsers. We'll continue the conversation in your case, so everything is in one spot!

Hey Joel, did you get to the bottom of this. Having the same issue. Thanks.
Hi JosieBarton-b57!
Sorry to hear you and your team are also having trouble posting comments to Review 360!
I see that you've been working with my teammates Darrell and Lejan, through a support case. It looks like Lejan just replied to your e-mail sharing insight and next steps.
We can continue the conversation there!

Same issue here! Even when I try to add comments to my own project it says "This action is disabled because the content is in read-only mode".
Hey BruceYounger-f6!
I'm sorry to hear that you've also run into setbacks when posting comments in Review 360!
I didn't encounter any issues when posting a comment to a sample Review item on my end. No worries! I'm happy to help troubleshoot and have some follow-up questions to start:
- Do you experience this error across all supported browsers, or is it specific to one?
- Does the error still occur after clearing your browser's cache?
- If possible, does switching to a different internet network improve the issue? Such as a mobile hotspot from your phone?
Looking forward to hearing from you!
