Storyline 360 copies layer instance with text selection active

When editing the title text of a slide layer, attempts to copy the text will actually copy the layer itself to the clipboard, instead of the text.

This issue has been present as far back as I can remember - just never got round to reporting it.

    Hi, Ryan.

    Thank you for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing!

    We have a bug reported where you Cannot copy/paste the slide layer title when using control keys CTRL+C and CTRL+V.

    As a workaround, you can manually copy the slide layer title by highlighting the text title, right-clicking, and choosing Copy. 

    I've connected this discussion to the bug report, and I'll be sure to come back to update you when I have some news.
