Storyline 360 Course is getting stuck
We have a Storyline 360 course in our LMS and on our website. This course has a fair number of Engage Interactions in it. 350+ learners have taken the course in our LMS for almost 2 years without reported issues.
Within the past 2 months, we have had reports of learners getting stuck in the engage interactions.
I went through the course today on a PC using the Chrome Browser and sailed right through.
Any thoughts?

Sorry to hear that some of your learners are getting stuck when navigating a Storyline course. Happy to assist with this!
A helpful first step would be testing the course in SCORM Cloud. It is a virtual LMS environment we use to determine if an issue lies with a .story file, or the LMS itself. If you test your course in SCORM Cloud, and it functions as intended then the issue is likely LMS-based.
Also, since the course works when tested with Google Chrome, do you know which browsers the affected learners are using?
