Storyline 360 crashes when preview and publish
Hi!
I've encountered the same problem as this post. Storyline crashes when running a preview or a publish.
But in my case, hopefully, I've figured out what's the reason causing the program fail...

What was the result of the ticket?
I think posting the result of support tickets that have resolved issues like the above would be beneficial to anyone looking at the same error posted.
It's been some time ago, but the cure was to install the next upgrade. All appears to be working fine now.
