Hi HolgerDomnick​,

Sorry to hear that 360-degree images from Storyline are not loading as expected during playback.

Does this behavior mostly occur when navigating through Slides using the Menu? I ask because we are tracking a Storyline bug that prevents 360-degree image slides from loading if navigating via the sidebar Menu. We are seeing this issue across multiple browsers, including Firefox.

If not, then it would be helpful to see a copy of the .story file so we could troubleshoot further. I completely understand that privacy is a concern. Anything you share with our team in a support case is kept confidential, and we regularly remove user files from our systems. Also, we're happy to sign an NDA upon request.

    Thanks for the reply,

    the problem occours using the sidebar-menu, but also using the "next slide" / "previous slide" - triggers, or using the next / back buttons in the player. 

    I will try to create a reduced version of the story-file without anything customer-specific, so we can upload it.
