Storyline 360 makes me login in a loop

Storyline 360 makes me login in a loop.
I am not able to access my SL files.
I have a licensed version of Storyline 360, however, I see this message in the right corner: FREE TRIAL EXPIRED.
Though logged in it opens multiple windows and asks me to login.
I see a pop up which says NO SUBSCRIPTION.
