Storyline 360 Publish to Word 2013 Not Working
I am trying to publish my project to word to send to our team to review. It acts like it is publishing to word and gives the message that it has been successful, however, no document is created. Is anyone else having that issue?

All, I've been experiencing this issue as well. I've found a fix and wanted to offer the wider community a potential solution. SL30 (and Sl3), would look like it is publishing but nothing would appear on the desktop. When this happens check if you have any software running the puts MS Word into "Sleep" mode. I'm running Avast internet Security, it has a Performance enhancement widget that puts inactive programs to "Sleep" to save on RAM space. I'm sure a lot of other programs out there that do this. If you open up MS Word (hence waking it up), SL360 and SL3 will publish to Word as per normal.

Hi, I still cannot publish to Word. I'm using SL3. Tried the method mentioned above re: keeping Word open or active. Thanks.
Quick update above. This storyline file is an upgrade from SL2 to SL3. It did not published to Word.
I then tried just to publish a new clean slide in SL3, it did published to Word.
Looks like there is an issue after the conversion of a file from SL2 to SL3. Thanks.

Smart idea to test publishing from a new Storyline 3 file.
Would you be willing to share the troublesome Storyline 3 project with our team? We'll take a closer look and try to nail down why the publish feature isn't working quite right.

First, let's be sure you're on the latest update of Storyline 360. To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.19.16600.0 in the bottom-right corner.
