I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. The bug linked to this discussion was already fixed in a previous Storyline release. I ran some tests in the attached project file to confirm this and did not see the issue when hovering over the answer text boxes during preview.
Does this happen in a new Storyline file on your end or only in a particular file? If this happens to all project files and you're already working on your local drive, try running these steps to fix possible installation issues.
If only one file is affected, would you be willing to share your Storyline project here or privately in a support case? We'll delete it when we're done testing.
