Storyline 360 quiz results are not resetting after a failed attempt
Hello, my Storyline 360 quiz results are not resetting after a failed attempt when the learner retakes the quiz. Even when the learner selects all the correct answers on the second attempt, the results slide still shows the original failing score. I’m using the Serenity Results slide and the Vision Multiple Choice question templates. Can anyone advise on how to fix this?

Do you have a trigger to reset the result?
Can you share a screenshot of the trigger panel for the reset in button?
Now I have a second problem as well: the result doesn't show 100% even though all my 5 answers are correct. Each correct quiz question is set for 1 point, zero for incorrect. Please see screenshots attached.
If you only have five questions then that percentage is completely wrong. Have you checked which question are assigned to the results slide?
I would not recommend using "Show Layer" triggers on your answer choices. I would change those to submit interaction triggers.
