Thanks for reaching out! I can see how it would be a challenge for learners trying to follow along with a simulation on smaller laptop screens.
The Modern Player Zoom feature in Storyline automatically scales your course to fit the learner’s browser, helping make content more readable. It doesn’t give learners a manual zoom control, though. You can read more about how it works here: Storyline 360: Modern Player Zoom.
If your simulation still looks a bit small in Rise, try this:
- In Storyline, go to Player Properties, open the Browser Settings, and choose Scale player to fill browser window.
- For key steps that need a closer view, you can also add Zoom Regions to your slides. Here's a quick visual of my sample file!
