Storyline 360 updates removes Personal Settings (Quick Access Bar)
Is this happening to more than just me? The last 3 updates to storyline 360 have removed my quick access bar personal preferences. It never use to happen. Its rather annoying to have to add them ...
Go to file explorer, open drive C:\Users/YourName/AppData/Roaming/Articulate/Storyline/Version#/
Find the file workspace.xlm. It contains the QAT. Copy it, and rename the copy something like workspace.xlm.ori. Then when your QAT gets clobbered, delete workspace.xlm, make a copy of workspace.xlm.ori, and rename the copy to workspace.xlm.
Don't worry too much about making a mistake, because every time SL starts, it recreates workspace.xlm if it can't find it.
