Storyline 360 Video Audio Won't Play
I have a course with voice over and a few videos. For the most part, the audio works fine, but I have one video that is silent when I publish to Review or to our LMS. If I play the video in the Storyline project file or in a separate program, it plays fine.
I tried splitting out the audio and video into separate files and deleting the slide it was on and adding a new one, and it's still silent.

It’s hard to say what’s causing this without seeing your file, but here are some thoughts:- Have you tried importing the video into a new blank Storyline project to rule out a potential corrupt file?
- When working with course assets, be sure to work locally versus on a network drive or an external USB.
