It sounds like tracking is set to mark the SL as done when the user finishes the quiz. The program sees the quiz as done as soon as the user reaches the Results slide.
Instead, use a "Complete course" trigger for tracking.
- Add a "Complete course" trigger on the Success layer that runs when the layer's timeline starts.
- If you want folks to be able to continue even if they fail the quiz 3 times, you'll need to track the attempts with a numeric variable. You'll also need a "Complete course" trigger on the Failure layer that has a condition so it only runs if the variable =3.
Note: When you publish the SL file to Review 360, be sure to indicate that it should be tracked via triggers (not by viewing slides or by finishing the quiz).
