Sorry to hear about your experience with your project file.
I'd like to ask a few questions to clarify your experience:
- Is the behavior happening to all of your projects or just one?
- Are you working locally when publishing the 640 MB project?
- Do you encounter the same issues if you publish your course using the 32-bit version of Storyline 360? Here's how to switch from 64-bit to 32-bit.
Additionally, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can test the behavior? We'll delete it when we're done!
