I'd like to ask a few questions to better understand the issue.
- How are you accessing your Rise 360 course? Is the course hosted in an LMS or a web server?
- Can you replicate the issue in Review 360 or an LMS like SCORM Cloud?
- Have you tried testing on other mobile browsers to see if the issue is browser-specific?
