Hi JulieJones-e309 I haven't been able to replicate the issue. I added a couple of topics and content below the SL block so I could scroll up and down and the block remained visible throughout.
It might be worth throwing together a test course to see if you can replicate it also. If you can't replicate it, you might get closer to identifying another block within your course that is causing the issue.
