It sounds like you've run into audio playback issues with Storyline Blocks from Rise 360 courses. Sorry to hear that, but I'd be happy to assist!
I had some follow-up questions to help me understand the situation a little better:
- Can this behavior be observed across multiple browsers? Or is it local to one?
- Are the Rise lessons being viewed through an LMS? If so, do the audio issues occur in an LMS test environment?
