Hard to say from this end, but it seems like it may be some issue with (the existence of?) the video files (the .ts files in the .hls folders in the story_content folder). Maybe check to make sure that the video files are actually present on the server where this module is published. On the client side, these don't seem to be coming through except from the articulate Rise server version, which is causing the errors.
