Hi Nathan!

Thank you for your help.

I placed the files on another server to be sure, and I get the same behavior.

Comparing the folders downloaded from the Articulate cloud, I don't see any missing files on my server.  On the other hand, it's true that in the video_ folders ending in .hls, I find .ts, .m3u8 files but no files ending in .hls... could the problem be coming from there?

    The video files are those ending in .ts. You will probably need to open a support case with Articulate and share your project file. It's difficult for other users to guess what could be happening without access to the project and servers where it could be tested.

    Great to see Nathan has helped get you started with troubleshooting. As he shared, it would be helpful to see a copy of the affected .story files you've been working with.
