Storyline content
To edit the Storyline Content, you would need the Storyline source file. If it is in a Rise course, then it has been published to REVIEW 360. If the previous owner included the source file in their publish to review, you can download it from there if you are on the same Teams account. If not, you would need access to wherever they saved the .Story file when they created it.

Thanks so much Ron. Is there any way to check on Rise 360 where the original file was saved? It doesn't seem as though the course was published to Review 360

Hi DianeB25,
I'm happy to help!
We recommend working and saving Storyline files on your local hard drive (typically the C: drive), so you may want to start there when looking for the original file!
To back up a bit, the way to incorporate a Storyline course within Rise 360 is by publishing the Storyline course to Review 360. Then, upload it to your Rise 360 course in the form of a Storyline block.
If you can locate the .Story file to make edits, you'll want to publish it to Review 360 and insert it as a new Storyline block in your Rise 360 course to replace the old block. I hope this helps! If you need any assistance, please let us know here or privately in a support case!
