Storyline crashes when exporting XLIFF translation files
Hi!
I'm trying to export .xlf (XLIFF) files for translation from some Storyline files.
As soon as I start the export, I get this error message:
Then Storyline stops responding. The export bar is full, but the 'cancel' button is still there and there is no confirmation that the export is complete.
An .xlf file does download, but can I be confident that it's done so correctly, given that the system immediately crashes?

This was resolved with the help of the support team, by associating the Notepad app with .xlf files.

I am running into a similar issue. When I try to export XLIFF or Word files for translation Studio 360 crashes all the time. Notepad/Editor is already standard app for XLF. Is there any other solution?
