I understand your Storyline course plays correctly in Canvas until it reaches the slide with a video. Have you tried troubleshooting your file in SCORM Cloud to check if the behavior is the same?
If your course works properly in SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, I recommend you share the SCORM Cloud findings with your LMS provider to troubleshoot the issue. If the course encounters the same issue in SCORM Cloud, please let us know here or privately in a support case so we can take a closer look.
