I'm sorry to hear that you are receiving this error message. I'd like to ask you a few clarifying questions to help me troubleshoot.

• Are you working from your local drive? Working from a network drive can cause erratic behavior.
• Is this happening when you are trying to do something specific in your course or randomly? You can try importing the slides into a new Storyline file.
• Have you repaired Storyline? This usually fixes the issue if it is not working as expected. You can find the steps, here.
