Storyline file will not open
My storyline 360 file will not open. I think what happened is this: I saved my project, restarted my computer for another reason, but while the save progress bar in the bottom right said it was saved, in truth it had not yet saved by the time I restarted.
Storyline asks me to close and Open Articulate, but doing so doesn't work. Restarting my computer and trying again doesn't work. I've done the %appdata%\Articulate\Storyline technique, and it doesn't work. I've also selected the option it gave me to open an earlier version from this morning, and that didn't work.
I don't have another .story file from recent days that's close to this version. I haven't had this issue before, but I have had Articulate files that had to use older versions for recovery.
I'm wondering if there is anything I can do to recover this file, it's critically important. Thanks for the help in advance!

You should start a case. Sometime the people at Articulate can save a file. Don't play with it.

The file is likely corrupted, have you checked you have any temp files you can rename that will work?
