Storyline files showing with play button
Hi,
I've got a Rise course with a lot of SL files in it. The first slide of each contains no audio, yet I have a play button on it when the course is viewed on a mobile device.
My googling shows ...
Desktop is fine - I don't have an ipad to test on (but have asked a colleague). I had an issue with audio on slide 1 , which I did fix with the solution above, but this is showing on all plain slides.
Have you tried adding a course cover photo in Storyline? It might at least get around the black box issue, even if there is still a play button.
