Storyline freezes on Insert picture from file

Hi,

I'm having issues with Storyline freezing when I try to Insert picture from file.

The window appears to choose the file, then everything freezes.

I've tried uninstalling, rebooting, reinstalling, rebooting, but the problem persists.

I have found a workaround: dragging the image from the folder into Storyline. However, having the Insert button work would be great.
