Storyline hangs when publishing to Word
Hi Folks,
I'm using Storyline in Windows 8 and when publishing to Word (2010), the dialog box says that it's publishing slide x of y, but then it just hangs. Other factors: The .story file I'm wo...
A couple of our developers are having the same issue. There is a pop-up window that comes up behind Storyline from MS Word and Storyline just freezes as Michael has stated. I found if you go into MS Word (version 2010) - File - Options - Advanced. Once in Advanced scroll down to the General section and uncheck "Confirm file format conversion on open". Click OK and close MS Word. Try and re-publish again and see if that helps.
