Storyline in Canvas LMS

I have embedded several Storyline presentations for an online psychology course that I am helping to build in Canvas LMS.  Students have no problem viewing these presentations unless they are on a Mac (problem solved by switching to Chrome browser)  The issue is watching them on an iPad or iPhone.  I either get accessed denied or internet connection lost.  Suggestions
