So sorry that I missed out on that detail, Leslie!
Please check out this similar discussion where Canvas users share their experiences hosting Rise 360 content. Hopefully the tips in that thread would help you!

The School of Sustainability embraces ASU's mission as being a comprehensive public research university, measured not by whom it excludes, but rather by whom it includes and how they succeed; advancing research and discovery of public value; and assuming fundamental responsibility for the economic, social, cultural and overall health of the communities it serves. We support and foster a culture of inclusiveness, tolerance, and respect that promotes equal opportunity and diversity among SOS faculty, staff, and students and through our engagement with diverse communities within and beyond the University.- hazelB4 years agoStaff
Sorry to hear that none of the posts there helped. Maybe other community members can chime in on their experiences in using export to web with Canvas LMS here.
Have you tried uploading the course on a webserver and checking if you experience the same issues?

Yes, tried the interactives on a web server and they display and work correctly. At this point the best guess is that it's a coding issue with embedding the course in an iframe in Canvas.
