Storyline language problem

I'm publishing Storyline content to xAPI, but due to the lang="und" value in the tincan.xml, I'm unable to upload it to our LMS system. Is there a way to ensure the correct language is specified in the tincan.xml?

    Happy to help!

When publishing from Storyline 360 to LMS/xAPI you can specify a language code to ensure the correct language is set in the tincan.xml file. This isn't mandatory, but it can help avoid the 'undetermined' value. Here's how:

    1. In Storyline 360, go to the Home tab and click Publish.
    2. Select the LMS/LRS tab.
    3. From the Report to an LMS drop-down list, select xAPI.
    4. Click the Reporting and Tracking button, then select the LMS tab.
    5. In the Language Code field, enter a supported language code that matches your course's language.
    6. Complete the publishing process and upload the zipped version to your LMS.

If you're still having trouble, I suggest testing the published output in SCORM Cloud. If the course loads successfully there, it's possible something with your specific LMS environment may be getting in the way.

Let me know how it goes!
