Storyline LMS Scoring Issue - Resetting Score to 100
I’m experiencing an issue with LMS reporting of a Storyline skill check score. We’re using Workday Learning, which initially reports the score percentage correctly. However, after a few hours the score reverts to 100% (timing is inconsistent on this change.) I can look at the interactions within the skill check, see the learner’s response and manually calculate the score. I’ve loaded this into SCORM Cloud; it works fine there.
We put in a ticket with Workday and was advised to “use the best score approach and start the score at 0 instead of 100” when we build the content. I built the skill check with the default of 10 point for each correct answer with 30 questions. A couple of questions allow for multiple attempts. Has anyone else run into a similar issue with Workday or know what I can do differently in terms of scoring?
