Storyline looping videos only loops once

    Hello Karl and Sébastien, 🎉

    I have some great news to share! We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 91, we’ve included important fixes and new features. One of the bugs we’ve fixed:

    • Videos didn’t loop when designed to do so

    Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.

    I’m sorry to hear about the trouble this regression caused, Sébastien. This situation sometimes happens when changes are made to the code, but rest assured, we work to correct the problem as soon as possible to minimize the impact.

Hello,

I am having this same issue with audio loops on Update 94 when I export to Review 360. I just went back to Update 93 and the loop works just fine.

Thanks for reaching out! 

I am unable to replicate this behavior on my end.

 

Do you experience this if you replicate this behavior in a brand new .story file and publish it to Review 360? 

What browser are you currently using to view the published course? I'm curious to know if you experience the same behavior if you open the Review link in a different browser. 

It would be helpful to take a closer look at your file. Feel free to share your .story file in this thread or privately in a support case.
