Storyline looping videos only loops once

    I have some great news to share! We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 91, we’ve included important fixes and new features. One of the bugs we’ve fixed:

    • Videos didn’t loop when designed to do so

    Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.

    I’m sorry to hear about the trouble this regression caused, Sébastien. This situation sometimes happens when changes are made to the code, but rest assured, we work to correct the problem as soon as possible to minimize the impact.

Même problème pour moi avec un fichier audio : Le loop ne joue que 2 fois et mon SL est pourtant  continuellement à jour (décembre 2024).

Existe-t-il un autre moyen pour contourner ce bug et avoir un loop audio "infini"?

Hello Alain,

Thanks for reaching out! I ran some tests with the attached Storyline project file and confirmed that the behavior you’re experiencing is a bug introduced in the latest Storyline version.

I tried looking for possible workarounds but did not find any. I recommend downgrading to Storyline 360, Build 3.93.33359.0, where the bug is not happening and the audio loops continuously as expected. Here’s how to install a previous version of Storyline.
