Storyline: Lost Slide Properties panel on right side of stage

Go to the View Tab > Redock all windows

NOpe- SL1 and cannot get the panel to drag open again.  I get the double headed arrow with a cross bar- when I click and hold my left mouse button, the edge turns mottled gray but nothing moves with the mouse.  Other ideas???? (I'm getting desparate)

I was just assisting another user with a similar issue.

I'm attaching a short video clip to assist. Be sure that you are dragging far enough to the left to allow the window to pop up. If this does not work, you may need to conduct a repair of your software.

Well, dang.  When the line didn't drag along with my mouse, I assumed it wasn't working. Once I persisted in dragging it to the left far enough, the panel popped open!  Not intuitively obvious, so very glad you were around to guide me- thank you!
