Storyline menus blank and/or unresponsive

Hi Jonathan!
It sounds like some menu elements in your Storyline 360 course are not accessible or displayed properly.
Great call on opening a support case! I see my colleague Dexter has picked it up and replied to your e-mail with some feedback and troubleshooting steps you can take. I would suggest giving those a shot to see if it improves the behavior.

It's been a few days and we don't have a solution yet. Is there a way to access the Options menu using a keyboard shortcut? The File menu can not be used with a mouse.
