Storyline not loading
I cannot open Storyline. It keeps crashing when I try to open new or existing projects. I uninstalled Storyline and restarted the computer before reinstalling it.

I apologize for the issues you are experiencing with Storyline crashing.
I want to ask you a couple of questions to begin troubleshooting:
- Does Storyline crash with all .story files you attempt to open, or specific ones?
- Are you working from your local hard drive? Working from a network drive can cause erratic behavior.
