Storyline not publishing to Review

I'm having the issue too. Checked the status page and it says operational.

Sorry to hear you're having issues publishing to Review 360!
You're correct that we're not seeing any downtime reported on our status page. Also, I was able to publish a Storyline course to Review 360, without issues.
If you're already working with locally-stored .story files, and a repair of your Storyline installation doesn't help, can you share a copy of the affected .story file for testing?
Feel free to upload that here in the discussion or privately through a support case.

Support reached out to me and asked me to send my file over. However I didn't bother doing this as I just exported it as a zip file and then uploaded it manually to Review 360 in the end.
