Storyline not saving projects correctly

Hi, can you please assist my Storyline is recently doing the following:

Doesn't save any of the changes I make, animation; states; timelines, images, triggers, alignment of images, graphics, text boxes and text to speech.

Doesn't save my projects, when I open a project I saved the previous day I find that the project is 0mb "zero mega bytes" meaning the file is empty but shows the time it was saved 

In most cases it kicks me out

It sends a pop up written "An unhandled exception occurred. Would you like to exit the application?" while I'm working on a project 

As a result, I have to re-develop my courses every day, which is very frustrating. Can you help.

Today I got the shock of my life! my triggers are swapped around to any slide my player settings have changed you'd swear someone tempered with my work. At the same token I try and rectify all those errors when I preview some slides were fixed the ones that were damaged are now damaged. I am really confused I don't know this happening and its my first time I've been working on Storyline for 3 years
