Storyline says Gif not supported file format?

Sorry to hear that you ran into this behavior.

I can confirm that GIFs are supported in Storyline 360 so the issue might be specific to the GIF file that you're trying to add to your project. 

• Are you experiencing this behavior with your other GIF files?
• Does converting your image file to another format like JPEG allow the file to be added? 

If the issue is specific to your image file, would you be willing to share a copy of your image file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a look at it? We'll delete it when we're done testing!

Thank you for your reply I think actually it is all my images and is something to do with the Parallels software on my lap top not importing the images from the Mac folders to Storyline.... so not to do with your software. Thanks anyway
