From what I understand, you currently have a Storyline block that you are incorporating into your Rise 360 course, and the Storyline block is autoplaying for the reader. Is that correct?
- If so, it is expected on desktops and laptops for Storyline blocks to play automatically by design.

To answer your second question, I suggest using a widescreen aspect ratio for your slides, such as 16:9. You can also change the width of a Storyline Block from the options Small, Medium, or Full Width.
