Import a slide from the PowerPoint file into Storyline. Here's more info about how to do that: Storyline 360: Importing Slides from PowerPoint | Articulate - Community
When it imports the slide(s), Storyline will also import the Masters from the PPT.
You can either delete the layouts you don't want in PowerPoint before you import the slide, or delete the unused layouts in Storyline afterword.
